Our Story

One call.
One crew.
Done.

All Island Demolition & Junk Removal has been working Long Island for over 10 years. We started because nobody around here was willing to handle both sides of the job — the teardown and the haul-away — without calling in a second contractor. We do both. One call, one crew, one price.

We serve Nassau and Suffolk County from Huntington to Garden City. Every job gets an upfront price before we touch anything. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. What we quote is what you pay.

The crew you call is the crew that shows up. Not a subcontractor, not a franchise dispatch. We're a local Long Island operation — 631 area code, no 1-800 number. Patrick Brown, owner and founder, still takes calls personally.

A note from the owner

Why we built it this way.

When I started All Island back in 2014, I'd just spent five years working for one of the big national franchises. The reason I left: the work felt like a sales script. We'd show up, give a number that didn't make sense, and watch customers feel pressured.

That's not how I wanted to work. So we built this differently. Two-person crew, local 631 number, the truck shows up when we say it will, and the number we quote on-site is the number you pay. No "upgrade tiers," no surprise fees at the end.

We added demolition because most haulers won't tear down a shed before they take it away. I figured if a customer is already calling us, we should be able to handle the whole job — not hand them off to a second contractor.

If you've got a job on Long Island and you want a straight answer, call. I still pick up most days.

Honest about limits

What we won't take.

Some jobs aren't ours. We'd rather tell you up front than waste a truck trip — or worse, take on something we shouldn't.

⚠️

Asbestos & hazardous materials

Pipe insulation, popcorn ceiling, old floor tile — anything that tests positive for asbestos needs a licensed abatement contractor. Same for medical waste, paint chemicals, and biohazards.

🛢️

Oil tanks & propane

Underground or above-ground oil tanks need a certified tank specialist. Same with propane cylinders that still have product. We can point you to someone local who handles this.

🚫

Live electrical or sealed plumbing

We don't disconnect live circuits or sealed plumbing — that's an electrician's or plumber's call, not a haul-away crew's. Once it's disconnected, we'll take whatever's left.

If you're not sure where your job falls, call us. We'd rather refer you to the right specialist than try something we shouldn't.

How we work

What sets us apart.

01

Junk Removal + Demolition in One Call

No other Long Island junk company does heavy demolition as a standard service. We tear down sheds, decks, detached garages, fences, and interior walls — then haul every piece of debris away in the same visit. One crew, one invoice.

02

Upfront Price Before We Touch Anything

We give you a firm, volume-based quote on-site before the first item moves. No open-ended estimates, no after-the-fact disposal fees. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.

03

No Judgment, No Hassle

Estate cleanouts, hoarder houses, decades of accumulated stuff — we've seen it. We don't judge the pile. We clear it. Whether it's one item or a full property, we treat the job and the person with the same professionalism.

04

7 Days a Week — Same-Day When You Need It

We answer when you call. Same-day service is frequently available across Nassau and Suffolk County. When something needs to go, it shouldn't have to wait a week for an appointment.

Common questions

About All Island.

How long has All Island been operating on Long Island?

All Island Demolition & Junk Removal has served Long Island for 10+ years. We are locally owned and operated — not a franchise, not a national chain. Every job is handled by the same local crew that answers the phone.

Are you licensed and insured for junk removal and demolition?

Yes. Fully licensed and insured throughout Nassau and Suffolk County for both junk removal and demolition work. We carry the proper credentials for all job types — from residential cleanouts to structural teardowns. Certificates of insurance are available on request for property managers and contractors.

What makes All Island different from other junk removal companies?

Most junk removal crews won't touch demolition — they stop at hauling. We handle both in the same visit. You get the teardown and the haul-away without coordinating two separate contractors. Upfront pricing, same-day availability, and a local crew that's been on Long Island for over a decade.

What areas of Long Island do you serve?

We serve all of Suffolk County and Nassau County — from Huntington, Islip, Babylon, and Smithtown through Hauppauge, Brentwood, and Bay Shore, and across into Hempstead, Hicksville, and Garden City. If your town isn't listed, call (631) 813-8845 and we'll confirm coverage.
